REPUBLICANS GIVE PHILIP MORRIS A BIG GIFT
The state's Republican assemby passed a Philip Morris backed bill to override the smoke free ordinances already in place. To see how your representative voted go to www.wish-wi.org/AB_414_assembly_vote.pdf. The vote appears to the LEFT of their name. A NO vote deserves a thank-you and a request that they continue supporting clean air. A YES vote deserves a strong rebuke. It is exactly what Philip Morris favored, and these representatives caved in to the industry. Of course, the tobacco giant is one of the Republicans' largest campaign contributors. Call your state senator and ask that they vote NO, against Philip Morris ________________________________________________________

10/6/2002 - WISH Announces Searchable Restaurant Guide at SmokeFreeDining.us
This is a free listing for restaurants, and to be included a restaurant must have all parts of its establishment smoke free, even its bar areas. Once at the site, restaurant operators may add or modify their own listings to include cuisine, dinner specials, hours of operation and entertainment. The web site allows searching on fast-food or table service and has links for [?] Information, map location, restaurant reviews, and the restaurant's own web site.
